The Soap Factory began with owners Gerry and Whitney McLillie in their home; learning how to make products and passing them along to friends to try out. When the positive feedback started coming in, they realized that they were on to something big. Their first retail location opened several days prior to Christmas in 2021 in Hendersonville, TN, still offering those free samples as they did in the beginning.

Over the course of their first year, interest in the business expanded to our second location in Atoka, the flagship store in Covington and Lakeland, TN, with several more on the way. We’ve reached millions of people online through our social media network and have shipped orders across the United States.
